The room was clean and organized. The cleaning staff is exceptional with daily emptying of garbage and refreshing the towels. The staff at reception was always welcoming and helpful. The laundry machines were easy to use with posted instructions in Japanese and English. The TV hotel information screen was very informative. It reminds guests of cleaning days, checkout time, weather, etc. The nearest train line is Hibiya line at Hatchoboro Station within 5 min walk.to hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable 9-day stay in Tokyo.

We chose this hotel for one night in Tokyo - very close to the Tokyo Station (10-15 mins of walking). The receptionist was nice, didn't speak English but had a translation app. The room was small, but exactly like in the pictures, so no surprises there - had a bed, a table with a chair, a TV, AC, hangers, slippers etc. We had a lot of amenities (pyjamas, toiletries etc.). The bathroom was also small but had a nice bathtub. You could buy drinks in the hotel and use a microwave, and there were combini stores very close to the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and they helped arrange a taxi for me to the airport. The room was perfect for one person & had a good sized bathroom. It was slightly dated in decor but was clean and had everyone you needed. There’s a 7/11 across the street and easy access to tram network. Only 15/20 taxi ride from the airport. A slight walk to the main area but I would stay again

The staff is very nice and helpful.I lost my wallet and she helped me to email disneysea where I probably lost it. They can speak english so it was very convenient. The room was small but comfortable. I love the shower,makes me want to shower all the time. The location was few minutes away to hatchobori.

It was nice and comfy and the staff were all very friendly. There is a bunch of konbinis close by if you need anything. Hibiya line is super close too so you can use that to go to other lines if you need to.

Excellent place to stay! The room was perfect for 2 people with one luggage. Small but organised in such a way that everything fits. Everything was clean and the towels get changed everyday. The location has great connections but not much life around the hotel. Would stay again defiantly! Thank you

The bed was super comfortable, I really enjoyed it. The room is small but very well equipped. Everything you need in a small space, a lot of amenities, they thought of everything.

Oh so, oh so comfortable. I had a blissful sleep after such a long day. The shower was easy to use and wasn't quick to be too hot or cold.

Great location, lots of comfort and features packed into a tiny room combined with a good price. It's a business hotel with just enough space for a person or two.
